But he seemed full of energy as he talked to the children and staff at the hospital.
The Iron Man 2 star teamed up with Santa Claus to give out presents to the young children suffering from cancer.
And the patients were clearly thrilled to see him, laughing and taking pictures with the Hollywood hardman.
