Alexandria Mills, Miss United states and American teenager model is now Miss World 2010. She won this title among more than one hundred young and beautiful models. The ceremony was celebrated in at Sanya in Haina Island, China. Alexandria Mills is 18 year old, from Louisville, Kentucky. It’s a cliché but this really is a dream come true,” she said, crying. “I can’t believe it is improvised to me. My time has come. I am loving it!” Mills beat out more than 100 other young women in the 60th annual contest. Alexandria took the title from former Miss World Kayan Aldorino who is 24 years. As the final duty in her reign, Miss World 2009 Kaiane Aldorino of Gibraltar removed the multi-colored crown from her head and gently placed it on Mills. The first runner-up was from Botswana; the second runner-up was from Venezuela. The first Miss World contest in world was held in 1951 India and Venezuela and these countries have held the record of generating the most Miss Worlds to date.
