According to the blog Hollywood Life, the pop star is planning an engagement, after the “Twilight” actress mused about marriage in a recent interview with Cosmopolitan magazine.“Joe thought that he and Ashley would eventually get married, but not this soon,” a source said.
Joe is said to be ring shopping with his mom and picking a date for the proposal.
“He’s not sure if he will propose at Christmas. They are spending the holiday with Ashley’s family, and Joe wants to ask Ashley’s father for her hand in marriage before he pops the question,” a source said.
Wait a minute. What Ashley actually said to Cosmo was, “I’m indifferent about marriage. I think sometimes people get married so they can say they have that person forever, but a ring doesn’t ensure that you’ll stay together.”
