Tokyo Jihen or Tokyo Incidents (東京事変) is a Jpop band created by Ringo Shiina, who famous for their second album "Adult" and won the 1st place in Oricon 2006. The members of the groups such as : Ringo Shiina, Seiji Kameda, Toshiki Hata, Ukigumo, Ichiyo Izawa.
Following their success in their single "Killer Tune" in 2007 who was chosen as "Best Technical Works Video" of Space Shower Music Video Awards 08 by Space Shower TV, now Tokyo Jihen come back with single "Noudoteki 3 Punkan" written and composed by Shiina Ringo
